Our coaching services are designed to help you maximize the value of your points and miles. The information and advice provided during coaching sessions are based on current best practices and the most up-to-date information available. However, the landscape of points and miles programs can change rapidly, and we cannot guarantee specific results. You agree to use the information and advice provided at your own risk.

Payment and Refund Policy

Payments for coaching services must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. If you are not satisfied with the services provided, please contact us to discuss any concerns.

Reliance on Information Posted

You acknowledge that the information contained on this Site is solely for general information purposes. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information.
